Good Friday 22nd April
In the morning our young people will be preparing the Easter Garden from 10am. Our Procession of Witness from the Methodist Church to the Mereside is at 11am with the other churches. Afterwards our Lent Lunch follows and at 2pm in Church is the Good Friday Liturgy, a Service of the Cross when we hope you will make a special effort to attend.
Holy Saturday 23rd April
The very moving and traditional Easter Liturgy is at 9pm when we light the Easter fire and keep the vigil, renew our baptismal vows and then celebrate the first Eucharist of Easter. Although this hasn’t been so well attended it is the most important service of the year. Please make an effort to come this year.
Easter Day 24th April
The Day of Resurrection, if you haven’t been to the Easter Liturgy every Christian should celebrate this day and receive the Communion of Easter.

Please do make every effort to join us this year. Happy Easter!

My prayers and best wishes,

Fr. Philip Edge - Vicar
